Title Business Development Specialist
Description The Business Development Specialist is responsible for:
Creating interest with targeted prospects and identifying new business opportunities by performing business to business outreach to generate qualified leads
Leveraging existing customer relationships to secure new business growth
Performing research and market analyses on the multi-housing markets and sub-markets in Northern California
Developing collateral material and preparing for client presentations and pitches
Assisting with RFPs
Marketing Riverston's services and competitive edge through industry networking, internet advertising, direct mailers and press releases.
Assisting with transitioning assets to Riverstone's property management operations team
Qualifications:
BS/BA degree preferred
5 years experience in the multi-housing property management industry with an emphasis on sales, marketing and finance. Previous experience with multi-housing acquisitions or sales executive for a property management related service welcome to apply.
Strong executive presence with excellent presentation and communication skills
2-3 years of proven sales experience- preferably with cold calling and inside sales experience
Strong self-motivation, high attention to detail and ability to multi-task
Ability to travel up to 60% of the time
A valid California driver's license
